We are plan2BFIT. Our goal over 6 months is to help you learn the tools to lose weight correctly. We don’t focus on a diet. We focus on helping you to lose weight, and mostly importantly maintain it. We do this by meeting with you every week the first 4 months, then every other week the last 2 months. We help you to change your way of thinking about losing weight.
